What You'll Do

• Partner with a co-guide to create a clean, inspiring, and organized learning environment

• Prepare and maintain the physical space so it sparks curiosity, creativity, and independence

• Support learners in their core academics, passion projects, discussions, and daily adventures

• Model a love for learning, curiosity, and a growth mindset

• Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism to families and team members

• Embody and protect the Arete Academy culture of respect, responsibility, and excellence
